I think Manchester was founded 1879, if I remember correctly. Let me check that.

Oh 1 year off. 1878, not 1879. Soooooo close. Though I think my UEFA game says 1879. Will need to check that later.

Edit: Ah but they were not Manchester United orginally. They were Newton Heath LYR. They joined the Football League in 1892, 4 years after it was formed.
